Karolina Iastreb

Karolina Iastreb is a Czech-based marketing professional representing AGRIWELL, an exporter of certified organic oilseeds, legumes, and grains. AGRIWELL also develops agricultural consulting services, supporting farmers in their transition to organic production.
Although a newcomer to the organic sector, with just three years of experience, Karolina has quickly become an active advocate for organic values and education. Supported by her company and inspired by the international organic movement led by IFOAM, her mission is to communicate the essence of organics in a simple and engaging way — connecting nature, business, and consumers.
As a youth representative in organics, she is committed to inspiring more young people to join the movement and ensure a sustainable future for the next generation.
